To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrived At Home (Brokered by Kelly Right Real Estate of Alabama, LLC) and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims relating to the Site will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us for services giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Calhoun County, Alabama for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site.

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you’ve violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.

15) Miscellaneous
